ALJOC is engaged in the business of engine oil trading in KSA. There are around 35 oil wholesalers and 12 parts wholesalers as customers of ALJOC. Oil wholesalers also have their own redistribution channels and request ALJOC to supply to these channels directly but manage ordering and payment through them. ALJOC Operations team is based in the head office and most of the communication and exchanges of documents is through email and/or physical delivery of documents.

ALJ Oil, being the most mature in terms of its processes, has been selected as pilot for implementation and then rest of the BU’s can be planned as a rollout using the solution and process developed for ALJ Oil.
